"Liz is a great personal fitness trainer. She has kept me motivated throughout the entire workouts. In only 3 weeks I had already started to see changes in my body, my energy levels, and overall mood. She caters to your goals and helps you reach them. She is very knowledgeable and what I like most about her routine is that it is never the same and always changing. She keeps you on your feet and pushes you making the exercises challenging and effective. Liz is very personable, always full of energy, and her schedule is very flexible. I would recommend her to anyone who is trying to get back in the gym after an injury, for someone who is looking for a new routine that is hard and challenging, or even if it's your first time. She is adaptable to your needs and will keep you wanting to come back for more! "I began training with Liz last May (2017). I wish I had started sooner, because I could've started reaping the rewards. When I first met Liz I was hesitant because of her young age, I was wrong to assume she wouldn't know her stuff because she was young. I train with Liz 3x a week & she continually challenges me & pushes me past what I would think possible. She knows what she's doing & I love & look forward to our time together. Because of her, I can bench 130lbs-I've never benched that much before & never would've thought I could. Because of her, I can do proper push-ups, I never had been instructed to do them properly. Hiring a personal trainer is an expensive luxury & a personal one at that. If you are serious about your fitness & wanting someone to challenge you & help you achieve your goals; Liz is a serious contender. She is friendly but fierce. She will challenge you & Force you to push past your comfort zone-which is what a personal trainer (a good one), should do! I've always appreciated fitness, but I cannot say I ever committed to working out 3x a week for 1 year-it is Amazing what happens when you fully commit to your fitness. "Liz is the absolute best! I met Liz through the group lunch classes at New Life Health and Wellness. From there I joined every class she taught including her amazing and tough HIIT program and 12 Week Burn programs, as well as personal training while I was getting ready to tie the knot :) She has the more energy than anyone I have met and genuinely cares about your results and your road to getting there. Liz is extremely passionate about your personal goals and helping you reach them. If you are looking for a trainer for the first time, Liz is the person you want to go to. She makes every class personalized for even the most timid person. She has a caring and inviting demeanor that will make each class comfortable and exciting. If you have been training for a while but need a new trainer or are looking to get back into it, Liz is also the person you want to go to. "I started group exercise classes that Liz was teaching in May 2015, in September 2015 with the "you can do it" positive attitude that Liz shows to everyone she works with I joined her weekly HITTS class, 12 week Burn sessions and working one on one with Liz during some personal training sessions. I have never looked back. Liz is truly the real deal, she is a trainer who gives all of herself to her clients, she custom tailors the work outs so that you are always being challenged and at the same time she makes the goal in a reachable reach, even when you think you can't complete the workout, she knows you can and it is her positive encouragement that pushes you through and at the end of the workout session you can't do more than smile at her and say "WOW, I did it"... she never fails to prove to you that you can do it. Anyone lucky enough to have Liz as a trainer will never be disappointed, she keeps the workouts fun, always new and never dull- while you are working towards your personal goals. Through the time working with Liz I have gained strength, endurance and overall fitness that I never thought I would be able to achieve.
